Instructor's Bio

Maritza Duran has have been training and developing non-experienced individuals for 2 decades now.

She started working as a dental assistant in 1998 and was soon promoted to office manager of a startup practice. She managed not only to grow that practice to over 2.5 million dollars, but she was put in charge of expanding the company to an additional 15 other locations.

Her teaching style and approach in this program is the same she used while helping her former boss expand and start over 15 startup locations while hiring and training inexperienced staff members for the group.
